Default Creation of new 15K armor based of unique drops that can't be traded or bought

1st off, anet has done a great job of making Fow armor not a common thing anymore but something that's well sought after. The only problem is there is a lot of players with Fow armor from just getting enough gold from ebay or back when you could farm storm bows like nothing, etc.

Create really cool unique armor that can only be done from "customized" drops. These items would not be tradeable or purchased with gold. If you need it to be a gold sink, have gold as a requirement(s) to have a "chance" to get to said items but not for the items directly. Access to take a quest for example or cost to get to zone like Fow / Uw or use them as the drop area.

That way characters that have this armor has earned them with little doubt and it would be a nice post PvE game obsession for some people.

What do you think? - I decide to post this after posting in the cut Fow cost thread.
